Striker Hamza sustained a knee injury in the recent 1-0 defeat at Ittihad and was a major doubt for the Port-Saied match, but the 27-year-old is ready to shake off the minor problem.
As expected, there was no place for unsettled striker Junior Agogo, while new signing Koffi, who started the previous two games, joined the Ghanaian on the out-of-favor list.
Goalkeeper Mohamed Abdul-Monsef is still out with flu, as Mahmoud Samir, Osama Hassan and Sabri Rahil were left out, despite the latter's starting role against Ittihad.
Abdullah Out
Meanwhile, midfielder Mohamed Abdullah did not travel with the team upon the request of coach Michel Decastel, despite his inclusion in the 20-man list.
"I don't know why Decastel left me out, even though I took part in the final practice match in training and I was included in the match squad," Abdullah told FilGoal.com.
Abdullah stayed on the bench for the whole game in Alexandria last Saturday, but this time he couldn't make the squad.
Eighth-placed Zamalek are in desperate need for the three points in order to enhance their poor league position, which leaves them close to the danger zone.
