Abou-Treika was expected to serve a longer period on the sidelines, but Ahli's official site stated that he has completed his recovery and is fit for Friday's game.
Midfielder Mohamed Barakat and goalkeeper Amir Abdul-Hamid have been also declared fit for the match, which means that the Red Devils are at full strength.
Young Africans Fixture
Meanwhile, Ahli's CAF Champions League last 32 first-leg encounter with Tanzania's Young Africans will be played on March 15th in Cairo.
The return leg should be played two weeks later in Dar Es Salaam.
Young Africans overwhelmed minnows Etoile d'Or Mirontsy 14-1 on aggregate in the preliminary round, to qualify for the last 16.
