Harras Hodoud secured a goalless away draw with APR of Rwanda in the first leg of the round of 32 stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Alexandrians now need a win to book their last 16 place when both teams re-clash two weeks later at Max Stadium.

Egyptian Cup champions Hodoud, who made their continental debut in the 2008 edition, were eliminated from the quarter-finals of the Confederation Cup last season.

Cup finalists ENPPI will visit Zimbabwe's CAPS United in the same competition on Sunday.
