AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf will be ready to hang up his boots once he helps the Rossoneri to another UEFA Champions League title.

The veteran Dutchman, who already has four European titles to his name, is eyeing one more trophy next season.

"After I win my fifth I will stop playing!" Seedorf told his official website www.fobazo.com.

"Maybe I will do just one year more and that will be the maximum of my dreams. It's still a dream I have very present in my mind. I definitely would like to achieve one more final, one more cup and one more Champions League.

"Then I can look back and say, 'OK, it's been a great journey' and maybe just enjoy the last season and then just stop."

Seedorf, 32, is the only footballer to have won the elite trophy with three different clubs; Ajax in 1995, Real Madrid in 1998 and a double with Milan in 2003 and 2007.

The robust midfielder, who played for Holland in over 80 games, has yet to win a title at San Siro since the 2007 Club World Cup.
