Ismaili football director Ihab Galal voiced his club's frustration at the Egyptian FA's decision to schedule the league game with Asyut Petroleum for March 31st.

The Dervishes are objecting against the timing of the rescheduled match, which follows Egypt's World Cup qualifier with Zambia by just 48 hours.

"The date of the game is totally unfair to Ismaili, because we have several players on international duty at the weekend," Galal told the club's official site.

"The international players won't have enough time to rest before our league game."

Ismaili trio Ahmed Samir Farag, Ahmed Khairy and Mohamed Sobhi are currently with the national team, even though the latter duo has little chance of playing on Sunday.

However, Galal is also concerned about the team's foreign players like Iraqi striker Mostafa Karim and Mozambique stopper Dario Khan.

"It is not just about our three players with Egypt, but there is also Mostafa Karim with Iraq and Dario Khan with Mozambique," the former Ismaili defender added.

"I hope the FA would reconsider their decision."

Ismaili's meeting with Asyut was postponed due to the former's Arab Champions League tie with Esperance, which saw the Tunisians go through.
