Cambiasso just penned a new deal keeping him at Inter until 2014, and the Argentine is convinced that Ibrahimovic will follow in his footsteps.
"I do not know whether words of the players or the people who are around the players have affected my thoughts on the issue, but Ibra is committed to this club, and he is an integral part of it," Cambiasso told Tuttosport.
Ibrahimovic was left frustrated after Inter's UEFA Champions League exit at the hands of Manchester United, which stirred him to announce that he might seek continental glory away from San Siro.
The Swede's comment were not publicly welcomed, as Inter coach Jose Mourinho said Ibrahimovic can leave if he wants.
"I have not really read the newspapers, and I have not watched TV, but I can say that I feel he will stay with the club,” Cambiasso added regarding the matter.
Better Things
Despite the European elimination, 28-year-old Cambiasso believes the Nerazzuri are on the verge of better things to come in the near future.
"I think all my team-mates know that Inter are a team with great projects and objectives.
"I am yet to see anyone in the locker room who does not agree with this," the former Real Madrid man concluded.
Inter are on course to win their fourth consecutive Serie A title, as they lead the competition's table with 69 points, seven ahead of second-placed Juventus.
