Ahli to loan out Yasser

Ahli have initially accepted an offer from Qatar's Rayan to loan attacking midfielder Hussein Yasser until the end of the current season.

Ahli have initially accepted an offer from Qatar's Rayan to loan attacking midfielder Hussein Yasser until the end of the current season.

"Both the technical staff and the football committee have given a green light to the move," committee member Hadi Khashaba told Ahli TV.

"Now the two clubs are holding talks over the proposed move."

The player's father Yasser Al-Muhammadi told Ahli TV that his son is more than willing to join Rayan.

"Rayan desperately need my son to take part in the team's Qatari league and cup campaign," Al-Muhammadi said.

Yasser failed to guarantee a spot in Ahli's starting line-up, since joining the Red Devils from Boavista last summer.
