The outcome of the draw, which was held in Luxor on Sunday, showed that Egypt will be making history by facing two Italian national sides in one year.
The Pharaohs' first team will face the World champions in the Confederations Cup in June, before the under 20s meet in the World Cup which will be hosted by Egypt in September.
Egypt and Italy were accompanied by Trinidad and Tobago and Paraguay in the group whose games will be played in Cairo and Alexandria.
The competition's second group will see first seed Nigeria face Venezuela, Spain and debutants Tahiti. The group's games will also be held in Cairo.
In Group C, Germany and Cameroon were drawn with USA and Korea Republic.
Four-time under 20 champions Brazil will be playing their games in Port-Said, part of Group E which also includes Costa Rica, Czech Republic and Australia.
