Rayan have frozen a deal which was supposed to bring Ahli playmaker Hussein Yasser to the club on loan until the end of the season.

Rayan have frozen a deal which was supposed to bring Ahli playmaker Hussein Yasser to the club on loan until the end of the season.

Club official Nawaf ben Mubarak told the club's official website that negotiations have been halted because of Ahli' crippling demands.

Bemused

Ahli marketing director Adli Al-Qaeyi was left bemused after hearing Mubarak's comments, confirming that Ahli already accepted Rayan's offer of $150,000.

"We didn’t make any more demands. All Rayan needed to do was just send us the agreed fee but they didn’t," Al-Qaeyi told FilGoal.com.

Yasser joined Ahli in the summer, but has yet to establish himself as a regular player for the Red Devils.
