Galal's statements came after the coastal club handed Ahmed Al-Gamal a ban for the remainder of the season for launching into a spat with head coach Ricardo Ferreira.
The defender was apparently cross with the Brazilian boss, and they were both seen auguring after the Dervishes' 2-2 draw at Police Union in the Egyptian Premier League last week.
"Sometimes too much excitement might cause problems, so some players could get sanctioned," Galal exclusively told FilGoal.com. "All players get the same treatment."
Earlier this season, Ismaili took disciplinary measures against Mohamed Fadl, Mohamed Sobhi and Abdullah Saied.
"Usually players embroil into arguments because they want to secure places in the starting line-ups," Galal explained.
"On top of that, most of the regulars like to play the whole 90 minutes without being taken off.
"During training, players might fall out with each other as a result of a tough challenge or so."
