A brace from Bulent Kocabey either side of the interval gave Abdul-Zaher Al-Saqqa's Eskisehirspor a 2-0 victory over Ankaraspor in the Turkish Super Lig on Sunday.

The 24-year-old midfielder opened the scoring in the 30th minute before sealing the win with a 64th-minute strike.

Egyptian defender Al-Saqqa played full 90 minutes after recovering from a head injury he sustained against Fenerbahce last week.

The result put Eskisehirspor in tenth place in the 18-team table on 33 points, six above the relegation zone.

Elsewhere, Ayman Abdul-Aziz's Konyaspor slumped to a 1-0 defeat to Genclerbirligi, thanks to a goal from Brazilian striker Kahe five minutes from time.

The Egyptian midfielder, who joined Konyaspor from Zamalek on loan until the end of the season, was included in the team's starting line-up against Gencler.
