Ahli striker Hussein Yasser has been ruled out for the rest of the season after dislocating his shoulder in training on Tuesday, the Red Devils said.

The Qatari collided with Flavio Amado in a match practice ahead of Thursday's Cairo derby with Zamalek.

Ahli confirmed that the 27-year-old will be out for up to four weeks, which means he is unlikely to be fit before the season's finale with Gaish on May 16th.

The injury setback puts an end to a gloomy first-season for Yasser in Cairo, as the ex-Boavista forward has hardly made an impact since joining last summer.

Meanwhile, injured duo Shadi Mohamed and Mohamed Barakat are facing fitness battles in an attempt to make the Zamalek clash.
