Ahli boss Jose was fined EGP 15,000 after losing his temper in Monday's 2-2 draw with ENPPI.
The Portuguese tactician was ordered from the touchline after protesting against the referee's decisions in an inappropriate way.
Telecom Egypt boss Hassan, who had a similar rush of blood to the head in his side's match against Petrojet, was also fined EGP 15,000.
The Egypt icon might face further disciplinary actions after being accused of verbally and physically abusing Petrojet's Ghanaian striker Eric Bekoe.
"I understand I have no chance of winning an argument against Hassan in Egypt but I want Egyptian football authorities to take the matter up and deal with it appropriately," Bekoe told KickOffGhana.com.
Jose and Hassan are no strangers to controversy, having been involved in similar incidents on several occasions.
Their volatile temper often blemishes the on-field success they achieve with their respective teams, pundits believe.
