Agent Mamdouh Al-Saati declared that a Hamburg scout will be present in Ahli's CAF Champions League tie with Kano Pillars on Saturday night, particularly for watching Gilberto.

"Hamburg are interested in Gilberto and therefore they sent a scout to watch tonight's game in Cairo," Al-Saati told FilGoal.com.

"The player welcomes the move of course, and coach Manuel Jose has no reservations as long as there is a good offer."

Gilberto has two years left on his contract with the Red Devils, who are usually reluctant in selling first team players.

The 26-year-old, who won over 30 caps for Angola, has been a key member of Jose's selection since his arrival from Petro Atletico in 2002.
