Borussia Dortmund ace Mohamed Zidan isn't concerned over playing second-fiddle as long as he is scoring important goals for the Bundesliga side.

The Egypt forward came on as a second-half substitute to score the all-important goal for Dortmund in the 2-0 win at Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.

Zidan, who is usually used as backup for duo Alexander Frei and Nelson Valdez, believes his strike colleagues deserve their regular spots.

"Alex and Nelson are doing a great job. Why should the coach make any changes?" Zidan said in Dortmund's official site.

"It was an important goal for me, for the team and for the club. This is my job. I have settled well in Dortmund and I´m happy here."

Winning Streak

Zidan is hopeful the Yellow Blacks can maintain their winning streak, following six consecutive league wins.

The 27-year-old has sights on Europe as the sixth-placed Dortmund push for a UEFA Champions League spot.

"If we keep our feet on the ground and stay relaxed, a lot is possible. Why shouldn´t we be able to win seven, eight or nine games in a row?" he said.

"We now have a very important game against Karlsruhe. And three days later we have another game. And four days later another.

"The game on Saturday will be a really tough one: Karlsruhe fight against relegation - and we fight for a place in Europe."
