The international hitman has taken no part in regular training for approximately three months, and he also intends to terminate his three-year contract with the club.
"We are seeking to rescind Agogo's contract and reclaim his recent wages," Zamalek marketing director Khaled Refaat told FilGoal.com.
"The club are also calling on FIFA to claim three millions Euros in compensation for his lack of commitment."
Agogo had previously sounded his displeasure over the 'unfair treatment' he got over the past few months.
Zamalek's officials said on numerous occasions the robust player has been undisciplined since joining the club in the summer from Nottingham Forest.
The 29-year-old has only featured for the White Knights in eight league games, and notched three goals.
