The fixture was confirmed at the fourth round's draw, which was held at the African Football Association (CAF) headquarter in Cairo on Thursday.
Other Egyptian Premier League participants ENPPI and Harras Hodoud were drawn against Ivory Coast's ASEC Abidjan and Ahli Tripoli of Libya respectively.
If both teams qualify, Ahli and ENPPI will have an Egyptian confrontation in the fifth round, which will be held over two groups.
The Red Devils are already seeded to be on top of one of the two groups, with Sfaxien of Tunisia at the summit of the other.
Ahli will take part in the competition for the first time ever, after the Red Devils were ousted from the CAF Champions League last 16 round at the hands of Kano Pillars of Nigeria.
No Egyptian club has ever won the CAF Cup, which was founded in 1992. Algerian champions JS Kabylie are the most successful club with three titles.
