The Bavarians are competing for the title until the last breath as they lie second (63 points) behind leaders Wolfsburg on goal difference.
The two clubs are being chased by Hertha Berlin (62 points) and Stuttgart (61). Even fifth-placed Hamburg are still technically in contention with 58 points.
"Calculation and speculation are totally out of place. We just have to concentrate on our next game," Heynckes said.
Following a dismal run under former coach Jurgen Klinsmann, Heynckes was brought to Bayern to help the club secure a UEFA Champions League spot.
"Whoever loses a game now will probably play in the UEFA Cup next season," the former Real Madrid boss added.
Bayern's upcoming league clash will be away at Hoffenheim on Saturday, before they travel to Stuttgart on the final day of the season.
Heynckes will be boosted by the return of striker Miroslav Klose, who was out for over six weeks due to injury.
