The two clubs are tied on top of the table with 60 points each, and they will undergo a league decider if both win their final round games to be played on Wednesday.
"We won't discuss the date of the potential decider until both teams have finished their games," Zaher told FilGoal.com.
"The priority will be preparing players for Egypt's World Cup qualifier in Algeria, and the Pharaohs' technical staff will have the final word on when a decider will be staged."
Hassan Shehata's men will play a friendly game against Oman on May 30th, part of the team's preparations for the qualifier against Algeria on June 7th.
The Oman exhibition will also clash with the last 16 round second-leg games of the CAF Confederation Cup, a competition which Ahli, ENPPI and Harras Hodoud are all taking part in.
Zaher also hinted that upon Egypt's technical staff recommendation, the potential decider might be played before or after the Algeria game.
Egypt will be competing in the FIFA Confederations Cup in South Africa, which will start one week after facing Algeria.
The FA have earlier set the 24th of May as date for the Ahli vs. Ismaili game.
