Egyptian FA released a statement confirming that any rioters during the Egyptian Premier League decider between Ahli and Ismaili will face military trials.

The decider will take place on Sunday at the Max military stadium and EFA confirmed that any sabotaging acts within the stadium will be met by severe punishments.

Ahli and Ismaili are well-known for the fierce rivalry between the two teams' fans. Their first-term league clash witnessed the use of internationally-banned fireworks.

The Max stadium has a capacity of 18,000 spectators, which will be limited to only 12,000 during the game upon security authorities' recommendations.

The league decider will take place after both Ahli and Ismaili finished the competition as joint-leaders with 63 points each.
