The Brazilian international signed a five-year deal worth €24.5million with the Turin club, who have been relentlessly chasing him since last season.
"I’m enthusiastic about Juventus and proud to become part of such a prestigious club, which I have dreamed about since I was a child," Diego told Juve's official site.
"After the experiences in Portugal and in the Bundesliga I will be able to measure up to football of a very high level in a difficult and very competitive championship.
"It’s the right time in my career to make such an important step and I’m convinced that with Juventus I’ll achieve great results."
Diego led Bremen to the German and UEFA Cup finals this term, as he has been a prominent figure at the Bundesliga side since joining in 2006.
He has been named in Brazil's squad for next month's Confederations Cup, where the Selecao will kick off their campaign against Egypt on June 14th.
