"Recording a victory over Egypt is not our objective, we just want to benefit from the game," he told the Egyptian FA's official website.
"I'm pretty sure the game will be a good experience for us and for the Egyptians as well."
The warm-up match is part of Pharaohs' perpetrations for their upcoming World Cup qualifier against Algeria.
From his side, Egyptian FA president Samir Zaher believes the exhibition game will be a peaceful affair.
"The tension-free atmosphere and the warm reception Egypt's contingent was given in Oman suggest the game will witness no stress," he said.
"We are hoping the match will help us prepare before our World Cup qualifier against Algeria."
