"Ekrami has four offers from Egyptian clubs, but Gouna's is the highest one," the source told FilGoal.com.
"He will fly to Holland to annul his contract with Feyenoord before deciding his next move."
Ekrami, who came through Ahli's youth ranks, has been at Feyenoord since 2005 but made few appearances with them.
He spent an unsuccessful three-month loan spell with Turkish side Ankaragucu last year.
The 25-year-old goalie said recently he would return to the Egyptian league, but it remains to be seen whether he can reach a mutual agreement with Feyenoord to terminate his deal.
Riad interest
Gouna, who will play in the top flight for the first time in their history, are also interested in Telecom Egypt's diminutive midfielder Wael Riad.
Riad is set to invoke a relegation clause to leave Telecom, who were demoted to the second division.
"I haven't made up my mind yet over whether to join Telecom," the former Ahli man said.
"I have two other offers from Ittihad and Police Union," the 26-year-old, who scored three goals for Telecom, added.
