Chelsea have tabled an offer of £73.5 million for AC Milan star Kaka, who's also targeted by Real Madrid, Sky Sports News reported.

Spanish giants Real have already reached an agreement with the Rossoneri over a £65 deal for the Brazilian sensation.

But Kaka reaffirmed he has no intention of leaving San Siro in the summer.

Shorty after, Chelsea made a lucrative offer to run the rule over the 27-year-old.

Former Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti was installed as the Blues new manager a couple of days ago.

Apparently, he wants the talented schemer to follow him to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea reportedly offered Kaka a yearly wage of £10 million, in an attempt to coax him into accepting their bid.

In the winter transfer window, Kaka turned down an astronomical offer from Manchester City, although Milan had no reservations about his departure.
