Koffi joined Zamalek from Societe Omnisports late in January after undergoing a trial period with the club.
He was given limited opportunities under Swiss coach Michel Decastel, making only three appearances.
The 24-year-old did not grasp his chances and was eventually shown the door.
"The club does not need his services," Zamalek said in a statement on their website on Saturday.
The White Knights also released diminutive midfielder Alaa Abdul-Ghani.
The 30-year-old joined Zamalek from Arab Contractors in 2005 after contributing to the latter's Egyptian Cup triumph.
He was promising in his early days with Zamalek but his progress was hampered by a succession of injuries.
Out-of-favor left back Osama Hassan has also left the club as he joined Alexandria-based club Ittihad on Friday.
