The Red Devils are seeking to shore up their firepower this summer, after Cristiano Ronaldo has become on the brink of joining Real Madrid and Carlos Tevez refused to stay at Old Trafford.
United manager Alex Ferguson admitted that Benzema, 21, was topping his wish list, but Djaziri assured that his client was not willing to leave France for the sake of the 2010 World Cup.
"Karim is on holiday at the moment and he is not thinking of moving," Djaziri stated.
"He wants to stay in France for another year so that he can prepare for the World Cup and I think that Sir Alex knows this.
"Perhaps he wants to make an offer to Lyon. If that happens, then Karim will think about it, but as things stand, Karim wants to stay with Lyon for another year."
English champions United, along with European big guns Inter Milan, Real Madrid and Barcelona, were all targeting Benzema last winter, but Lyon preferred to keep hold of him.
However, Lyon president Jen-Michel Aulas conceded that a 'tsunami of money' could force the French club to offload the talented marksman this summer.
