Aboul-Hassan, who didn’t mention the bid's worth, stressed that the club need Abdul-Fadil among their ranks next season.
The 26-year-old has earlier threatened to leave Ismaili if the club didn't offer him an improved contract.
"I held talks with Abdul-Fadil and assured him he will get a better contract that matches his status as an international defender," Aboul-Hassan said.
In the meantime, the president said that Ismaili received offers from Petrojet and Ittihad to buy goalkeeper Mohamed Fathi and forward Youssef Gamal respectively.
"We decided to reject both offers because we are not 100% sure that we will sign Al-Hadari. We also have shortages in attack and can't sell Gamal at the moment."
Aboul-Hassan concluded by announcing that Emad Soliman has been chosen to lead the club's youth sector.
