"Zaki has now fully recovered after he completed a successful rehabilitation program," Zamalek chief medic Mostafa Al-Monayeri told the club's official website.
"He (Zaki) will gradually return to training in order to be ready for Zamalek's off-season camp in Switzerland."
Zaki's injury prevented him from taking part in Egypt's Confederations Cup campaign in South Africa.
After spending last season on loan at Wigan Athletic in the English Premiership, Zaki is likely to stay with Zamalek next season.
Despite expressing a desire to stay in Europe, the 26-year-old is yet to receive any offers from clubs willing to keep him in the old continent.
In the meantime, club midfielder Ayman Abdul-Aziz will undergo further tests on Saturday to determine his fitness level.
The ex-skipper, who spent the last six month on loan at Konyaspor in the Turkish Super Lig, is suffering from a calf injury.
