Ismaili defender Sherif Abdul-Fadil and Arab Contractors striker Ihab Al-Masri have also returned to Egypt's squad ahead of the Rwanda clash.
Egypt have no choice but to beat Rwanda in Cairo to keep alive their slim hopes of reaching the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
The six-time African champions are yet to win in Group C of the qualifiers' final phase. They were held to a 1-1 home draw by Zambia before losing 3-1 at Algeria.
Egypt, who have a game in hand, lie at the bottom on one point, six behind leaders and rivals Algeria.
Only the winners of the five groups will advance to the World Cup.
