The Association's official website added that every club will have to name their home stadiums to gain security approvals before the draw is held.

The FA confirmed that the season will start with the Egyptian Super Cup game between Ahli and Harras Hodoud on July 21st.

Ahli are the current league holders after beating Ismaili to last season's title following a deciding game between the two teams.

Hodoud won their first ever trophy by beating ENPPI in the 2009 Egyptian Cup final.

The upcoming Premier League will witness the participation of two newcomers as Gouna and Military Production are set to make their top flight debuts.

While Mansoura were the third club to be promoted from the first division, Telecom Egypt, Tersana and Olympic were demoted last season.
