"Milan already made an offer to Sevilla. Now it is up to the two clubs to reach an agreement then my client and I will speak to the Rossoneri," agent Jose Fuentes said.
"I don’t know how much the bid amounts to, but Fabiano already said that he wants to play for Milan."
The Italian and European giants turned their attention to Fabiano after they failed to land Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko from Bundesliga champions Wolfsburg.
"The buy-out clause on Fabiano's contract is €30million, but Luis has concluded a four-year cycle with Sevilla and now Milan represent a big opportunity for him," Fuentes added.
The Brazil forward, who joined Sevilla from FC Porto in 2005, has already scored 73 goals for the Spanish club in all competitions.
