Bayern Munich are considering introducing a new fine system to prevent their players from publicly announcing their desire to leave the club.

The discussion was prompted in the awake of Franck Ribery's statements that he wants to leave Allianz Arena for Real Madrid.

"The players need to know the borders, so they don't exceed them again," said Bayern Sporting director Christian Nerlinger.

"The tougher stance is the brainchild of manager Louis van Gaal. He is a notoriously tough disciplinarian, and we unconditionally support in this."

After bringing in superstars Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema, Real are determined on adding Ribery to their new galacticos collection.

However, Bayern have stated on more than one occasion that they want to keep hold of the French international winger.

"We have told Franck clearly that we are building a team around him and a sale is not an issue for debate.

"The topic will soon take care of itself. Franck will stay with Bayern Munich," Nerlinger concluded.
