Former Zamalek midfielder Mohamed Ibrahim has completed his free transfer to Ittihad on Thursday.

Ittihad chairman Mohamed Moselhi told FilGoal.com that Ibrahim, who saw his Zamalek contract out this summer, joined the Alexandria side on a two-season deal for EGP 650,000.

The 23-year-old came through the Cairo side's youth ranks. He was promoted to the senior team and called up to the Egyptian national team after putting in a host of dazzling performances.

However, he suffered a sudden dip in form last season, which urged Zamelek to loan him out to Gaish last January.

Ittihad have also landed 17-year-old striker Mohamed Tarek, who have Egyptian-Dutch dual nationality.

Free agent Tarek is of Egyptian parentage. He convinced Ittihad's coaching staff members with his abilities during a brief trial period at the coastal club.
