"Fadl's condition is much better now and he's responding well to treatment," Ahli's medical staff chief Ihab Ali told the club's official website.
The 28-year-old is yet to make his debut with the Cairo team.
Stomach Ache
On the other hand, veteran midfielder Mohamed Barakat took no part in Tuesday's morning training session because he's suffering a stomach Ache.
According to Ahli's medical staff, the versatile ace will be able to participate in the night training of the same day.
Several players missed the morning session as they are issuing their visas to travel to England for Wembley Cup.
Hossam Al-Badri's side will face European champions Barcelona and Glasgow Celtic of Scotland in the friendly tournament.
Wembley Cup will be held in London at the New Wembley Stadium between July 24th and 26th.
