The Italian champions' chairman Massimo Moratti announced on Friday that Barca have offered to exchange Samuel Eto'o, Alexandre Hleb plus cash for the Sweden man.
"I am happy at Inter, but if the offer is real then this gets interesting. I will wait and see what happens," Ibrahimovic told Sky Italia.
It is reported that the Blaugrana are willing to pay Inter around 40 million Euros in addition to exchanging Eto'o and loaning out Hleb to Inter for one season.
Later on Friday, Barcelona president Joan Laporta said that his club "are in total agreement with Inter over the deal."
Eto'o's agent Jose Maria Mesalles said that he has already started talks with Moratti over his client's personal demands in order to join Inter.
Ibrahimovic has earlier said that he would like to move away from Inter in order to look for a new challenge and secure UEFA Champions League glory.
