Barca already reached an agreement with Inter to buy Ibra for 45 million Euros plus exchanging Samuel Eto'o, and loaning out Alexandre Hleb to the Rossoneri for one year.

Laporta earlier criticized Real Madrid for paying over 200 million Euros to buy Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo, Raul Albiol and Karim Benzema.

"It's a different sort of deal, because it's based around different financial amounts, which are fairly reasonable," Laporta said.

"And because it also involved the sale and the loan deal of a player that we were working on before this deal.

"It's not an expensive deal. It's come about from talent and hard work."

Ibrahimovic's transfer is waiting for both the player and Eto'o to agree personal terms with Barcelona and Inter.

"Everything depends on Eto'o. He has the right to evaluate Inter's offer and make a decision," said Blaugrana coach Josep Guardiola.

"I think it would be the best for Barcelona if Eto'o does leave and his sale is my decision. I think it's time to change after all that we have won," he added.
