Real Madrid midfielder Wesley Sneijder is on his way to Inter Milan, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Dutchman is believed to be joining Jose Mourinho's team in a season-long loan for a fee of €4million, with an option of a permanent move for €18million.

Sneijder's chances of playing regularly for Real were dented by the staggering signings they've made this summer, including the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka.

On the other hand, Mourinho is looking to bolster his midfield with a creative schemer as he showed interest in Chelsea's Deco of late.
