Trezeguet seemed to be on his way out of Juventus after he endured a rough relation with former coach Claudio Ranieri.
The most recent speculation came when Milan coach and vice-president praised the 31-year-old, saying that he'd be a great addition to their squad.
However, the 31-year-old said that he will not leave Turin this summer.
"I have spoken a lot, also with my family, and the best solution is to stay at Juventus," Trezeguet said.
"The respect of Milan was important. The words of Galliani and Leonardo have given me enormous pleasure.
"But I am a very important person in the history of Juventus and to go to Milan would have felt like a betrayal towards the club and towards my team-mates."
Juve Decade
The former world champions joined Juventus in 2000 coming from Monaco. He has so far scored 138 goals for the Italian giants in all competitions.
"This year I will celebrate the 10 years I have spent in Bianconero, it's an extraordinary achievement for a foreign player."
"I owe a lot to this club because they have given me a lot on a professional and personal level.
"I also have done a lot for this team and I have nothing more to prove. I only have something to win," Trezeguet concluded.
