The decision comes after Shikabala led Zamalek to a 3-1 win over ENPPI in the first round of the Egyptian Premier League on Friday.
The Guinea game will be Shikabala's first return to the Egypt fold after Shehata dropped the player months ago and accused him of lack of discipline.
Shehata also named White Knights keeper Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed for the game, but the latter is likely to be dropped after picking up an injury against ENPPI.
Neither Amr Zaki nor Mido were called up for the exhibition, as the pair continue their absence since the FIFA Confederations Cup in June.
