"I came here to prove I can be a good addition to the team, make a great impact and this is what I hope to show.

"I've got to fight hard, get in the squad and hopefully score some important goals for the club."

Obinna, 22, passed a medical at Malaga, who will kickoff their Liga season when they host Atletico Madrid on Sunday.
