Zamalek midfielder Ibrahim Ayew said he would get back to his homeland Ghana if he didn't receive his overdue payments within two days.

Ayew, who joined Zamalek last summer, got upset when he didn't get paid as promised, and thus may terminate his contract.

His agent Mounir Hassan assured that the club's board would sort things out in no time.

"Ayew should have received his payments on Sunday after he returned from Ghana, but due to normal persuaders he didn't," Hassan told FilGoal.com.

"The club's board assured that he would be paid in a couple of days."

Ayew hasn't been paid his wages and bonuses since October.
