"I will sit down with Ittihad chairman Mohamed Moselhi on Monday to discuss the deal's details," Saied told FilGoal.com.
"Arab Contractors were also interested in signing me but I prefer to join Ittihad."
Saied joined Ittihad from then Premier League side Olympic in the summer of 2008 but was handed few opportunities to prove his worth.
The 28-year-old is yet to play any game with the petroleum club this season.
Ittihad, who usually struggle at the wrong end of the league table, are enjoying a fine run of results under Brazilian coach Carlos Cabral.
The Alexandria-based club, who lie eighth in the 16-team table, haven't been defeated since losing 2-1 to promoted Gouna in September.
