The 37-year-old keeper recently revealed that an unnamed Championship team are interested in his services but Ismaili refused to comment on the possibility of letting him go.
The Dervishes' board members convened on Saturday to discuss Watford's bid but haven't made their final decision yet.
"Some of Ismaili's officials have reservations about the offer because they believe it's not financially rewarding," a club board member, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told FilGoal.com.
"They are also reluctant because Al-Hadari is an integral part of the team."
Al-Hadari, who is widely considered as the best keeper in Egypt's history, was landed at Ismaili in the close season after ending a 17-month spell with Swiss team Sion.
The Egypt first-choice relatively managed to maintain his assured displays between the sticks this season, but expressed his concerns over Ismaili's unconvincing start to the season.
He was recently approached by Merreikh but Ismaili turned down their overtures as the Sudanese side couldn't meet the coastal club's financial demands.
