Palmeiras were said to be targeting the Egypt keeper and were understood to be in talks with the Dervishes.
Early on Saturday, Al-Hadari's personal website posted a letter that Palmeiras allegedly sent to Ismaili chairman Nasr Aboul-Hassan to inform him of their decision to back out of the deal.
However, Galal assured that all the letters related to Al-Hadari's anticipated move were faxed by an anonymous sender with an obvious intention to deceive Ismaili.
"We verified that all these faxes weren't sent by Palmeiras," he told Nile Sports.
"Mohmad Youssef, who was representing Palmeiras in the negotiations, is not really an agent.
"The whole thing is clearly a fraud."
