Bayern Munich celebrated their 110th anniversary by beating Hamburger SV 1-0 on Sunday, to secure the Bundesliga summit for the first time in nearly two years.
Franck Ribery notched the winner on 78 minutes with a clinical finish, after cutting inside the area.
The Bavarians are now on top of the league table with 52 points, two ahead of second-placed Bayer Leverkusen who led the way over the past few months.
German giants Bayern have become at the top for the first time since May 2008.
