Ghana midfielder Rahim Ayew vows to impress Zamalek manager Hossam Hassan to establish his place with the Cairo club.

The 22-year-old, who joined Zamalek in the summer, has hardly played for the White Knights since Hassan had been appointed in November.

"As a professional, I must obey before complaining and that is exactly what I have decided to do and move on with my career," Ayew told Ghanasoccernet.com.

"I have to fight to become a key member of the Zamalek team.

"The coach knows what he is doing and I have to do all to impress him. He is a former footballer so I give him that respect.

"He (Hossam Hassan) wants more from his players and I'm prepared to do just that."

After helping Ghana win third place in the 2010 African Cup of Nations, Ayew has been recalled by Milovan Rajevac for this week's friendly with Bosnia.
