Egypt meet England at 10 pm Cairo-time, with the squad expected to return home early on Friday, less than 72 hours before Zamalek's league clash with Petrojet.
Zamalek had their request to delay Sunday's rescheduled game turned down by the FA, but the Cairo club have now made another request.
"We want our players to return on the same day of the (England) match," Zamalek team coordinator Ibrahim Hassan told the club's official site.
"The players need to get adequate rest before Sunday's important game.
"After the FA had rejected our initial request to postpone the match, it is fair to have our players back home immediately after the game."
Zamalek have five players with the national team; goalkeeper Abdul-Wahed Al-Sayed, defenders Hani Saied, Mahmoud Fathallah and Mohamed Abdul-Shafi and midfielder Shikabala.
However, Saied, who has not been playing regularly for Hossam Hassan's side recently, is the only player among the group who is almost certain to feature at Wembley.
