The Dutch ace limped off only after five minutes at the Stadio Olimpico after suffering a knock to his leg.
But Sneijder sounded optimistic over his chances of taking part in the UEFA Champions League final with Bayern Munich on May 22nd.
"I got a kick on my leg and some blood came out, but I feel better now. I can walk on it so we will see what happens," he said.
Sneijder also expressed his delight at Inter's cup triumph.
"I'm very happy about my first title in Italy,'' he added.
"We can take two more this year and we have to go for it, but the most important one is the first one and now we have to keep focused and win two more titles.
"Madrid is two-and-a-half weeks away, so first we will win the league and then we will look forward to the Champions League title.''
