Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is looking to emulate the feat of Jose Mourinho, who led the Blues to back-to-back Premiership triumphs when he was in charge at Stamford Bridge.

The London side claimed the Premier League title on Sunday after registering a memorable 8-0 win over Wigan Athletic.

Chelsea last won the silverware twice in a row under the highly-rated Mourinho, who's currently at Inter Milan's helm.

Ancelotti is now keen to follow in the footsteps of the Portuguese tactician.

"I think Mourinho did a fantastic job here," he told Sky Sports. "He won two titles consecutively.

"This is my first, and I hope to do the same as Mourinho."

Speaking of Chelsea's remarkable campaign, Ancelotti said: "It is fantastic. We did our best, I did my best for this club.

"I have found a fantastic atmosphere at this club, with these supporters.

"I think we deserved to win the championship. We are very happy."
