The former England boss has been chosen by the Wolves after leading FC Twente to their first ever Dutch Eredivisie title this term.

McClaren will become the first Englishman to manage a Bundesliga club.

He will take over from interim manager Lorenz-Gunther Kostner, who has been leading the team since the sacking of Armin Veh in January.
